Return/ Refund Policy AS OF 06/22/24

Return Policy Overview:
RoboTech Education offers a 7 day return policy for any product that you have received damaged from us. We do not accept "Buyers Remorse" returns under any circumstance. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product back to us via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. The shipping carrier will charge you for the shipment. Returns are only permitted on physical products in our store. We do not accept returns on any program files.

Refund Policy Overview:
RoboTech Education only offers refunds on "Robot Repair Services". A refund will only be issued if we can not repair your robot to fully functional condition (varying on the service purchased). We also offer refunds on "Factory Reset Services" if the issue still persists on your robot. We can not guarantee that a factory reset will correct any underlying condition of your robot. If a factory reset service or repair service failed, you will be issued the full amount that you paid (excluding shipping charges).

How It Works:
When you have received a damaged product from us, we will gladly accept a return on the product within 7 days from the delivery date. We recommend opening up the package and inspecting the contents inside directly after it has been delivered to ensure there is no damage caused by shipping. If there is damage or the item does not function as it is intended to, you can start a return by clicking the "Start a return" button below. When we receive the product, we will inspect it for damage, if we notice any unusual damage that appears to be "used" or looks to be "wear and tear",  we will not accept the return and you will be charged a shipping fee to have the item sent back to you. You will receive an invoice stating what you owe if the return is not accepted.

Non Returnable Products:
*Digital program files. 
*Robot repair services.
*Robot factory reset services (Varying on the circumstance).
*Robot repair services (Varying on the circumstance).
*Used products.
*USB Flashers (If tampered with).
*Products after 7 days of the delivery date.

Returnable Products:
*Educational robots.
*All Robot Accessories.
*All 3D robot parts.
*USB Flashers (If not tampered with).
