Is it time to replace the battery in your Sphero robot?
Signs of battery failure include:
* Sphero abruptly shutting down during play time.
* Sphero will blink red after being fully charged.
* Sphero will not charge at all.
Our service is convenient for you if you do not want to risk performing this repair yourself.
Please understand, we are not responsible if your warranty is voided from the manufacturer due to us servicing your robot. If your robot is under warranty, we highly recommend contacting the manufacturer itself prior to purchasing our services.
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase this service, you will receive a PDF file containing important information regarding shipping your robot to us. When you ship your robot to the aformentioned address on the file, please do not ship any accessories, we only need Sphero. Please be sure to package Sphero well and in a small box to avoid higher shipping fees. We will cover shipping costs when its time to ship the robot back to you. You will only pay the shipping fee when you send us your robot. We will not bill you for shipping the robot to us, we will ask you to drop the robot off at a local USPS, you will be billed at that time.
