Signs of lift gear failure include:
* Cozmo buzzing when the lift is operating.
* Cozmo will not operate it's lift at all.
* Cozmo's lift will lock up and can not be moved.
Our service is convenient for you if you do not want to risk performing this repair yourself.
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase this service, you will receive a PDF file containing important information regarding shipping your robot to us. When you ship your robot to the aformentioned address on the file, please do not ship any accessories, we only need Cozmo. Please be sure to package Cozmo well and in a small box to avoid higher shipping fees. We will cover shipping costs when its time to ship the robot back to you. You will only pay the shipping fee when you send us your robot. We will not bill you for shipping the robot to us, we will ask you to drop the robot off at a local USPS, you will be billed at that time.
